Home Health Aide services at Redemption Healthcare LLC are supportive, non-skilled services provided to patients in their place of residence under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed therapist. Home Health Aides assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living as outlined in the physician-ordered plan of care.
Services may include assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers, nutrition and hydration support, and light housekeeping directly related to patient care. Home Health Aides observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse, support patient comfort and safety, and reinforce education provided by skilled staff.
All services are delivered in compliance with agency policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
