Homemaker Services at Redemption Healthcare LLC are non-skilled, supportive services designed to assist patients in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment while receiving care. Homemaker Services are provided in accordance with the patient’s plan of care or private-pay service agreement and may be offered in conjunction with skilled home health services or as a separately contracted service when permitted.

 

Services may include light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and assistance with routine household tasks essential to the patient’s well-being.

 

Homemaker Services do not include medical or skilled nursing care and are clearly distinguished from Medicare-covered services. All Homemaker Services are delivered in a manner that supports patient safety, dignity, independence, and compliance with applicable Massachusetts DPH regulations and agency policies.
